Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah dan karakteristik pekerjaan secara parsial dan simultan terhadapkepuasan kerja kerja karyawan bagian pemasangan instalasi listrik di CV.Putra Tunggal Jaya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 65 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner, dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari variabel upah terhadap kepuasan kerja, dimana hasil analisis uji signifikansi dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t.hitung lebih besar dari t.tabel yaitu 3,319>1,998 dengan signifikansi 0,023,15. Hasil regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y=12,113+0,385(X1)+0,191(X2)+e Kata Kunci : karakteristik pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja, upah This research aims to know the partially and simultaneous influence of the wages and the job characteristics against job satisfaction of the electrical installation employee in CV.
